A matte painting rendering of a concept which popped into my head while sketching options for a potential client. Since then, we have ruled out a courtyard for his house, but I liked the idea so much I figured that I'd build a quick model and paint it up anyway. I also decided half-way through that I liked the sunlight on the left side of the frame, and kept it mirrored from the original render engine output.
